Where is my endpoint? Your console shows its state honestly - we never show you an endpoint we haven't verified ourselves.

Lost your password? Reset it yourself from the sign-in page - we email a single-use link that expires in an hour. Your instance keeps running and your agents keep connecting the whole time; the password only opens the console.

Is my memory private? Yes - it lives on your own instance's encrypted volume, and the control plane cannot read it. See the Privacy Policy.

Payment failed? Nothing changes immediately: Stripe retries, and your endpoint keeps running while it does. If collection fails your instance is paused with your memory intact, and resumes when payment succeeds.

Cancel or delete? Update your card, view invoices, or cancel at period end from the console. Deletion destroys your machine and volume, we verify it with the host, and you get a receipt naming the date the last snapshot expires.

Want to leave? The engine is free to self-host. Your memory is yours.
