Terms of Service

1. The deal

Bourdon Hosted gives you a private, managed Bourdon instance - your own machine and volume at a bourdon.app address that your AI agents connect to. By subscribing or using the service you accept these terms, which are a contract between you and RADLAB LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

2. Your account

You must be able to form a binding contract. Keep your email current - it is where your claim link, receipts, payment notices and deletion receipt go - and keep your credentials and access tokens to yourself.

3. Billing

Solo is $29/month and Team is $99/month, billed by Stripe, after a 7-day trial that requires a card. Tax is added where the law adds it. You can cancel any time from the console; your instance runs to the end of the paid period. If a charge fails we tell you and Stripe retries; if payment cannot be collected your instance is paused, not destroyed - your memory stays on its volume, and service resumes when payment does. If we cannot build your instance at all, we cancel and refund; you are never billed for an endpoint that doesn't exist.

4. Your content is yours

Everything your agents store in your instance is yours. You grant us only the license needed to host it - to run the machine and volume it lives on. We claim no other rights and, as the Privacy Policy explains, we do not read it.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, to store content you have no right to hold, to attack or probe infrastructure that isn't yours, or to resell instances. We may suspend an instance that endangers the platform or other customers; we'll tell you why.

6. The engine stays free

The Bourdon engine is free to self-host, and these terms never trap you: you can run the same engine yourself, and cancelling the hosted service costs you the hosting, not the software.

7. Service, honestly stated

We aim for the service to be reliably available but sell it "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Your instance's state is always visible in your console, and it distinguishes a billing pause from an outage.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is capped at the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data beyond what Section 4 and the Privacy Policy commit us to.

9. Termination

You can delete your instance and end your subscription any time. We may terminate for breach of these terms, with notice and your deletion receipt. Sections 4, 8 and 10 survive.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, United States.

11. Changes

We'll update the date above and email you before material changes take effect. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance.
